Torta Helada (what I like to call jelly mousse cake) is a Peruvian traditional cake that is simply love at first bite! This cake is covered in jelly and inside you will be surprised with two layers of sponge cake, fruit and homemade caramel. Size is 8inch with 10-15 serving depending on how you decide to cut it.
